Summer Workout Plan. I promise I'll stick to it this time! Maybe!

I started a new workout regiment. Let's pray that I actually stick to it.


Focus on my core and abs
More muscle toning for my shoulders and back
Variety of cardio: swimming, sprints, biking
More stretching and flexibility training



I think that should be sufficient. I'm hoping to be in pretty good shape by the time volleyball season rolls around so I'm not vomitting up my LIFE when we're doing sprints. WORD.

Distance running is the best cardio. Less than 30 minutes of running just maintains, so say you do 2 miles of sprint/walk at a quarter mile per after a 1 mile warm up, (Man, that sounds familiar) the next day, or the next time you run, you should do like 4 miles at about a 9 minute mile pace to keep that ticker going.

Just a thought, I know something about getting into shape, I'll let you know my next PT test score.
